It took a little longer than I expected but when the Hoodie and Tee Shirt arrived I was very satisfied. The sad part about this is after I ordered I was blessed with a set of Great Grands.
The quality is excellent. I wore the Tee shirt once and got many compliments. Once I save a little more money I am going to order them again and add my Great Grands....Yeah this was well worth the wait.

I LOVE the COOL MOM and ## REASONS I LOVE BEING A GRANDMA, The shirts fit exactly as ordered and all the names on both shirts totalling 21 in all were spelled correctly. Not even their teachers can do that..The pink on the shirts is just as vibrant as it looks on computer, and I and My daugher-in-law get comments and compliments every single time we wear them. FYI we ordered the black w/ pink so pretty and spectacular.

agree with everyone else .... and being allowed to be "BABI" on the shirts was wonderful ... we are not all fitted to the standard expressions of love in what our grands call us

The sweatshirt was nice quality, however, for the price I was very disappointed in the lettering. I would have thought it would have been embroidered!

I ordered a Super Cool Great Grandma with 16 great grands names. The names were combined together on the Tee to make it read as if it were first and middle name of eight children. I wrote back with my displeasure and asked for it to be corrected.
I was told not to return that one even though it had not been printed as I had requested and I had to place another order and pay again. I was not charged shipping and was refunded at 50%. After giving the same instructions and names, I received a second tee exactly like the first one.
Because my great grandchildren are looking forward to seeing me wear the tee, I reluctantly agreed to try again giving more explicit instructions on how to correct the problem they had with the first two and had to pay again. This time I was given a chance to review the screen printing before they sent it to me. I approved it and I am awaiting the arrival of the shirt that essentially cost me 3 x the original advertised price.

I am so happy with my shirt. My family also loves it. Now everyone will know how much I love my grandchildren! I plan to order other shirts in the near future.
