This was a fathers day gift for my father-in-law, when I placed my order it said 21 days from order to door (since it was custom made - I felt this was fair, it was to be delivered 1 day before father's day - perfect!). It also stated I would receive an email once it was shipped. I had not received an email. Well, 1 week before father's day I emailed requesting information. I was told everything was back ordered and it would ship very shortly - another day or two...15 days later I emailed again and received the same response. A few days later I emailed again and received the same response AGAIN!! needless to say I am not happy with customer service, being lied to or the fact that I at the 3rd email, told them to cancel my order and refund my $$. They did not and about 6 days later I finally received my email that they shipped my items. The items were exactly as described and what I ordered, but I will NEVER order from them again due to the "back log" and extreme wait time, and disappointment that this was not given to him in a timely manner.
